Step up (Management Essentials)
Step Up is a practical two-day programme for first-time managers and team leaders. Designed for people making the transition from individual contributor to leader, it builds confidence in the core skills every manager needs to succeed.
Through highly interactive workshops, participants learn how to motivate and develop their teams, delegate effectively, influence stakeholders, and handle difficult conversations with confidence. Along the way, they gain a deeper understanding of their own leadership style and develop practical habits that support sustained performance.
By balancing self-awareness with practical management skills, Step Up helps new managers establish credibility, build trust and create the conditions for their teams to thrive. Participants leave with practical tools they can apply immediately, alongside a clearer understanding of their own leadership strengths.
Whether delivered over two consecutive days or as a series of bite-sized workshops, Step Up equips new managers with the foundations to lead people with confidence from day one.

Level up (Experienced Leaders)

Level Up is designed for experienced managers and leaders who want to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their leadership impact, and develop the confidence to lead through increasing complexity.
Participants explore how to build high-performing teams, coach and develop others, navigate change, and adapt their leadership to different people, cultures and situations. The programme combines behavioural science, proven leadership models and practical business experience to create learning that is both intellectually rigorous and immediately applicable.
Available as a multi-day programme or a series of workshops, Level Up helps experienced leaders lead with greater confidence, presence and impact.
